Connect the Blackmagic to the network, and connect the desired video signal to the device. You'll need to change the stream key information on the device to the current event. This information will generally be provided by MATCH Front of House staff and emailed to production@matchouston.org which should be logged in on the iMac.
Open the Web Presenter Setup App which should be located on the desktop of the iMac in the booth. If not, it'll be in the app list.
It's very likely that the app won't locate the device on it's own thru the network, so you'll need to add it manually.
Click the X located at the bottom left of the main page of the app to open the IP input page.
Type in the IP address of the device 10.10.9.130 and then click the "add button"
This should allow you to connect to the deivce. If it does not connect, then your network connection may not be set properly. Verify that you've routed your network connection and patched into the network switch in the amp room.
It is also possible to connect directly to the device using the USB C cable, but this won't verify that your network connection is good.
Once you've connected to the device, the screen should display the device and the streaming data.
Click on the settings button to open the settings page to change the stream key information.
Copy the stream key from the email sent by MATCH FOH and then paste it in the key area of the settings page.
Click the save button.
It's possible to start the stream from this page, but you can also control that from the device front itself.
There will usually be a "test" event set up so that you can confirm audio and general video prior to the performance. It's important to rememeber to change the stream key for the performance event if there is a separate test event set up.
