Power
Are the speakers plugged in to the A/B port on the back of the rack, and in to each speaker?
One speaker should be in one of the A ports, and the other in the B port.
Speakers

Mixer
Faders
Is the appropriate fader that you’re trying to use turned up? If not push the fader up.
Are the mains turned up? If not push the fader up.
Is the fader for the channel you’re using muted?
If it’s muted the red light will be on. Press the mute button again to unmute.
Are all of the EQ knobs turned straight up on the fader you’re using? If they are moved either direction, they may affect the sound quality.
Are the “solo” buttons pushed on any of the faders?
This does not affect sound, but does turn off the graphic display of the sound on the right of the console because it’s putting that fader in to the headphones (not connected).
Press solo button on the relevant fader to turn solo mode back off.
FX Faders (FX can alter the quality of the sound on the mixer.)
Are the FX Master knobs, the FX knobs on the faders on? Turn them all the way to the left.
Press the mute button on the FX faders and push the faders all the way down.
Gain
Is the gain on the fader that you’re using turned up? It does not need to be all the way up, center will generally be fine, but if it’s been turned down, it will affect how much sound you get.
Power Amp Mode
The power amp mode (on the right hand side of mixer) needs to be set to Stereo Mains mode.
Equalizer
The equalizer can be altered to change the quality of the sound. Generally across the middle is a normal “base” point. If the quality of the sound is not what you want, it can be changed to increase or decrease different frequencies of sound.
Pan
Is the pan on the channel that you’re using at center? If it’s moved to one side or the other it will alter the balance of the sound in the stereo set up.
