Paradigm System
In Matchbox 2 and 4, the Paradigm System (Preset Buttons) control the mode of the room. If the top button on the preset panel is not flashing green, then the lighting console does not have control. Press the bottom button to clear the preset and give the console control.
Faders on Console
The two faders on the console need to be pushed all the way up in order for regular cue playback. If those are not pushed up, your cues will be trying to run manually.
